The Minnesota Learning Resource Center (MLRC) welcomes you to our website!
The MLRC is the nationally recognized training department of A Chance To Grow (ACTG), a Minneapolis-based nonprofit agency devoted to helping all children reach their highest potential, including those already at grade level to those with learning challenges, developmental delays and brain injuries.
The MLRC offers programs to all professionals who work with children. These programs help children with learning problems and increase their school readiness skills.
Our programs include S.M.A.R.T. (Stimulating Maturity through Accelerated Readiness Training), S.M.A.R.T. Pre-K, Hemisphere Specific Auditory Stimulation (H.S.A.S.) and Neurotechnology.
