30 minutes, Every Day, All Year Through!

Here's HOW to do it...

Remember that you don't have to have a single 30 minute time block.

Say you do your Helicopter Spins for 5 minutes in the morning.

Then later in the morning say you do have a 20 minute block of time you can work out...do Crawling, Creeping, Rolling and Balance for 20 minutes.

Later...as you transition to recess you may stop to do 2 minutes of Basic Vision.

After recess, have the whole class do 3 minutes of Reflex Activities to get bodies ready to learn again.

The remaining 5 minutes of Eye Teaming, Focusing and Eye Movements can be done as transition activities and/or warm ups before reading and/or math, group time, etc...and there you have it...30 minutes!

Remember, 30 minutes, Every Day, All Year Through gets you to 80 hours!
